Full Closure Notice granted on another Spring Borough Flat |
||
|
Dear Residents,
A flat in the Spring Boroughs area of Northampton has been issued with a full Closure Order following persistent issues with drugs and anti-social behaviour. The property in St Stephens House had seen ongoing reports of anti-social behaviour including a lot of people coming and going from the address.
As a result, your Northampton Neighbourhood Team worked with partners at West Northamptonshire Council and Northamptonshire Partnership homes to secure a three-month closure order, which was granted by Northampton Magistrates Court on June 19th.
The flat has now been fully boarded up and anyone has been temporarily restricted from entering the address for 3 months.
Northamptonshire Police urge residents to report any concerns to us, such as crime and anti-social behaviour, using several methods.
Reports can be made via telephone using 999 in an emergency or via 101 in all other cases. Reports can be made online by going to www.northants.police.uk and selecting “report”. Alternatively, you can contact crime stoppers anonymously using 0800 555 111 or via www.crimestoppers-uk.org.uk.
Northamptonshire Police would like to thank residents who raised ongoing issues and were patient with us whilst we secured this order. Further information surrounding drug crime can be found on our website, County lines | Northamptonshire Police
Kind Regards
